PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cylindrical molded object suitable as a filter element keeping high pressure resistance strength and excellent in particle collecting capacity. SOLUTION: In a cylindrical molded object formed by winding a nonwoven fiber aggregate comprising thermally adhesive fibers, continuous uneven grooves are formed to the inner layer surface thereof and uneven grooves crossing the continuous uneven grooves formed to the inner layer surface at a right or oblique angle are formed to the other outer layer surface thereof and the fiber crossing points of the nonwoven fiber aggregate are thermally bonded. |
