PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide miso soup beverages in hermetically sealed container whose original flavor and taste is reserved in a good condition as possible and are hardly deteriorated for a long time after produced. SOLUTION: This beverage is obtained by admixing miso, milk raw materials and, if necessary, seasoning and ingredients with to boiling water, finely crushing the mixture by e.g. a homogenizer to thus obtain a miso soup beverage and subjecting it to heametical encasement and heat sterilization thus obtaining hermetically encased miso soup beverages. The milk material is exemplified by milk, condensed milk, skim milk powder, powdered milk or skim milk, and the beverage pref. contains it in the proportion of 3 to 60 pts.wt. in terms of city milk having a protein content of 3 wt.%. |
