SPECIFIC DETECTION OF BACTERIAL SPECIES BELONGING TO GENUS TRICHOSPORON AND REAGENT FOR THEIR DETECTION

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for precisely detecting the bacterial species belonging to the genus Trichosporon in a short time, and to obtain a reagent for their detection. SOLUTION: This method comprises subjecting a mixture including a combination of the first DNA primer containing an oligonucleotide portion having at least 18 bases consisting of the base sequence AGAGGCCTAC CATGGTATCA expressed by the sequence of sequence No. 1 in the sequence table with the second DNA primer containing an oligonucleotide portion having at least 20 bases consisting of TAAGACCCAA TAGAGCCCTA expressed by the sequence expressed by the sequence of sequence No. 2 in the sequence table, a DNA polymerase and an aqueous test specimen to DNA amplification process and subjecting the resultant reaction liquid to DNA examination process. The other objective reagent for the detection contains the above first DNA primer and second DNA primer.
