<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hybrid vehicle which has a planetary gear device as a power distribution mechanism, enables infinite speed changes of an engine and an output shaft, enables the coexistence of an S-HEV(series-hybrid electric vehicle) system and a P-HEV(parallel-hybrid electric vehicle) system, does not need an additional speed changer, and presents high fuel efficiency. SOLUTION: This hybrid vehicle has an engine 1, a power distributing means 18 which distributes a driving force generated by the engine 1 among a 1st motor/generator 6 and a 2nd motor/generator 11, a capacitance means 17 and wheels 15 mechanically linked with the shaft of the 2nd motor/generator 11. In the hybrid vehicle, a linkage switching means 10 which opens/closes the mechanical linkage and a braking means 16, which applies a braking force to the rotation of the output part 20 of the power distributing means 18 on the 2nd motor/generator 11 side are provided between the output part and the 2nd motor/generator 11.</p> |
