PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To avoid the flickering in the display of a train speedometer, when a speed signal is outputted to the train speedometer and assist in the safer train running. SOLUTION: A digit up-shift/digit down-shift determination processing means 17 determines whether the digit of a speedometer output is increased or deceased in digit, accordance with a calculated speed value. When it is determined that the digit is increased, a speed correction processing means 18 outputs the calculated speed value or a corrected speed value, which is obtained by adding a certain value to the calculated speed value to a train speedometer through a speed signal outputting means 16 for the speed change thereafter. When it is determined that the digit is decreased, the speed correction processing means 18 outputs the calculated speed value or a corrected speed value, which is obtained by deducting a certain value from the calculated speed value to the train speedometer through the speed signal outputting means 16 for the speed change thereafter. With this constitution, the flickerings in the display of the train speedometer are avoided. |
