SOLUTION: In an air conditioner for controlling a temperature control means 6 so that the temperature of air blown out of an air passage 2 becomes a target blow-out temperature, signals for a preset temperature inside a room, as preset by a user, a temperature inside the room and a temperature outside the room are input to calculate a solar radiation correcting coefficient through a neutral network in an ECU 19, calculate a solar radiation correcting amount in accordance with the solar radiation correcting coefficient and a solar radiation amount into the room and calculate a target blow-out temperature in accordance with a preset temperature, a temperature inside the room, a temperature outside the room and the solar radiation correcting amount. The neutral network has learning capability for automatically modifying a combination coefficient between layers so that output becomes a preset desired value (teacher data) when an input signal is given.
