PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To give a heat sealing property having a good sealing property, enhance a protection ability for a content of foods such as gas barrier property or the like, and render a tearing property excellent by laminating successively a resin composition layer including an inorganic layer compound, an oriented film layer, and a heat-sealing film layer. SOLUTION: A resin composition layer (a first layer) 3 containing an Inorganic layer compound, an oriented film (a second layer) 4, and a heat-sealing film (a third layer) 5 are mutually laminated In this order, thereby forming a film laminate body having an easily tearing property. The film laminate body has an oxygen permeability (m/atm.m<2> .day) made into 1 and, preferably into 0.1 or less by an inorganic layer compound, and has a good gas barrier property. In this film laminate body, a base material film (a fourth layer) 1 consisting of a thermoplastic film is laminated suitably on the opposite surface of the laminate surface of the oriented film 4 in the resin composition layer 3 in order to give sufficient strength, e.g. tensile strength. |
