PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a pencil decompose in the ground even when being left to stand in a golf course when being dropped or the like, and prevent the pencil from destroying the natural environment by manufacturing the pencil with a biodegradable resin such as aliphatic polyester as a raw material. SOLUTION: This pencil for golf is manufactured by a normal injection molding with a biodegradable resin as a raw material. For the biodegradable resin, aliphatic polyester is preferable, and in aliphatic polyesters, especially, a polylactic acid, a polyglycolic acid, polycaprolactone and polybutylene succinate are desirable. These biodegradable resins may be singly used, or may be used by blending two kinds or more. Also, starch, modified starch, polyvinyl alcohol, polyalkylene glycol or the like may be added. By adding these compounds, the degradability can be promoted. |
