PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify a circuit concerning frame assembling processing in the case of measuring a bit error rate. SOLUTION: Before writing frame data, routine data for compensation having all the bit data of '0' are written from a routine data writing part 123 into all the areas of a received frame memory 121. After the routine data for compensation are completely written, the frame data are written from a received frame writing part 122 into all the areas of the received frame memory 121. The omission of frame data is not detected and compensated. After the frame data are completely written or at the time point when a timer 124 counts prescribed time, assembly frame data written in the received frame memory 121 are outputted from an assembly frame output part 125 to an error rate measuring part 103. |
