<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase the degree of concentration of a gas by a method wherein a honeycombed rotor is constituted by being divided into an adsorption, a first desorption, a concentration, and a second desorption zones along a rotary direction, a heater gas is sent to the first and second desorption zones, and the gas outputted from the first desorption zone is sent to the concentration zone. SOLUTION: A honeycombed rotor 1 is divided along a rotary direction into four zones of an adsorption zone 2, a first desorption zone 3, a concentration zone 4, and a second desorption zone 5. An air to be treated containing organic solvent vapor, i.e., a gas is introduced to the adsorption zone 2 through a treating gas pipe line 11. Further, the treating gas pipe line 11 is branched, and the gas is also introduced to a heater 10. The gas heated with the heater 10 is introduced to the first desorption zone 3, and the second desorption zone 5 through regeneration gas pipe lines 12, 13. The gas outputted from the first desorption zone 3 is introduced to the concentration zone 4 through a return pipe line 14. The air outputted from the concentration zone 4 is released as clean air into the atmosphere.</p> |
