<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily give an impact feeling to a beginner and to obtain how to swing a golf club by forming a face of a club head a recess surface against a flying line. SOLUTION: A face 4 of a club head 2 is formed smoothly curved recess surface against a flying line 5. This recess surface may be a shape curved to up and down directions against the flying line 5 (up and down directions of the ground) or a shape curved to right and left directions of the flying line (near side and far side to a person to swing the golf club). The curved shape has a curving rate smoother than each edge of the club and is desired to continuously change. The curved lines can be variously provided to shots to be desired such as high, low, sliced or hooked shots. This recess surface prolongs a time that a ball contacts with the face 4 at an impacting instance, so the swinging person can easily feel a motion of the ball during the impact. Thereby the swinging person can feel the impacting instance by his own hands.</p> |
