PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To estimated a needed run time in consideration of a traffic congestion. SOLUTION: A processor 1 calculates estimated necessary run times up to a destination and passing points by using the necessary run time that congestion information received by a traffic information receiving device 6 indicates for the congestion place that the congestion information indicates and the necessary travel time calculated according to map data for other places. Consequently, the estimated necessary run time of a recommended road which matches the more actual traffic state can be calculated. |
