PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a bathing person from feeling that hot water in a bath tub is lukewarm, by performing reheating operation after the bathing person takes a bath in the bath tub, and continuing reheating for maintaining the temperature of the hot water in the bath tub at a set temperature even after the temperature of the bath tub reaches a set temperature. SOLUTION: Reheating is started when it is judged that a person is taking a bath in a bath tub (ST16). Reheating operation is made up to a set temperature by the reheating (ST17). When the temperature of hot water reaches the set temperature, counting is stopped and the counting result is set to time 11 (ST19). Then, a control part performing reheating operation from a state where no people are taking a bath and obtains a differenceΔt between time when heating to a specific temperature is completed and 11 (ST20). Then, the control part performs discussion for reading the amount of heat of input down combustion from a storage means for determination (ST21). After that, the control part reads the amount of input down heat corresponding to the lime differentΔt from table data and continues reheating (ST22).
