<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To save energy in operation by a method in which, when the output voltage of a solar cell exceeds a prescribed value, a dust collecting unit is connected with a first power source system, and when the voltage is not exceeding the value, the unit is connected with a second power source system. SOLUTION: The output voltage VS of a solar cell 15 in smoothed by a smoothing capacitor 13 to judge whether or not it will exceed the direct current voltage VCC to be applied to an intrachamber control part 20. In this process, if the output voltage is low and VS<=VCC, switches 2, 14, 17 are kept open. After that, when the output voltage increases to be VS>VCC, the switch 17 is turned on/off. When the output voltage VS exceeds a prescribed value, the switch 17 is turned on, a dust collecting unit, which is a high voltage unit 9 and air cleaning unit 30, is connected to the first power source system which obtains power from the solar cell 15. When it does not exceed the value, the switch 17 is turned off and connected to the second power source system, which is an alternating current power source from a plug 1.</p> |
