PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a hydraulic composition without deteriorating the fluidity even when a large amount of crushed stones or crushed sand in a civil engineering field is used by compounding an aggregate containing both natural stones or natural sand and the crushed stones or crushed sand with a cement-based material. SOLUTION: Stones exclusively having >=5 mm long sides thereof are called stones in natural stones and crushed stones and sand exclusively having <=5 mm long sides thereof is called sand in natural sand and crushed sand. The natural stones and natural sand mean rounded stones and sand and the crushed stones and crushed sand mean squarish stones and sand. The term rounded means <0.55 expressed in terms of angle of repose and the term squarish means >=0.55 expressed in terms of the angle of repose. The combination of the natural stones and natural sand used with the crushed stones and crushed sand is usually (10:90) to (60:40) expressed in terms of weight ratio. The amount of an aggregate used for a cement-based material is usually 20-300 pts.wt. based on 100 pts.wt. of the cement-based material. Furthermore, a high-performance water-reducing admixture or a plasticizer, or the like, can be mixed therewith. |
