发明名称 LIQUID CRYSTAL DISPLAY DEVICE AND ITS MANUFACTURE
摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid crystal display device which reduces the accumulation of electric charges and is free of sticking and its manufacture by manufacturing a hybrid aligned cell by vertical alignment and horizontal orientation by using one kind of aligning film material. SOLUTION: The liquid crystal display device has a liquid crystal cell formed by arranging a 1st substrate 11 having a 1st electrode and a vertical oriented film 13 on one main surface and a 2nd substrate 12 having a 2nd electrode and a horizontal oriented film 13 on one main surface so that both the main surfaces face each other and holding a liquid crystal composition between both the substrates and a polarizing element which is arranged in parallel to the liquid crystal cell. In this case, the vertical oriented film and horizontal oriented film are formed of the same vertical orientation materials.
