<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress the leakage of an adhesive to the outside of a gap part and to surely fill the inside of the gap part with the adhesive. SOLUTION: An electrical discharge lamp ballast 100a which is to become an electromagnetic equipment is constituted of a primary coil 1a, a secondary coil 10a, a center leg iron core 20a, a side leg iron core 30a, etc. Adhesive injection guides 50 which respectively forms adhesive passage 52 are respectively formed on the 2nd flange parts 3 of the two coils 1a, 10a. After inserting the center leg iron core 20a into the two coils 1a, 10a, the unit of these parts is engaged with the side leg iron core 30a. Finally, adhesive is injected from the guides 50 for blocking a gap between the two iron cores 20a, 30a into the gap to complete the ballast 100a. Since the passages 52 are continued to the gap part, the adhesive is hard to leak to the outside of the gap part and surely charged in the inside.</p> |
