<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain the mobile communication network controller where missing of communication information attended with switching of a communication path from a crossover exchange station to a base station is prevented in switching control in a mobile communication network for high speed communication, high speed movement and a narrow zone area. SOLUTION: A crossover exchange station 1 is provided with a multi-path connection setting means 12 that sets a multi-path connection, an identification information provision means 11 that adds identification information denoting it that a packet flooded to the multi-path connection is identical to the packet, and a packet delay means 13 that delays the packet transferred on the multi- path connection via base stations 2-2, 2-3 on a peripheral zone of a mobile set 3, and the mobile set 3 is provided with a reception sequence control means 15 that aborts packets received in duplicate by referencing the identification information of the received packets.</p> |
