PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an active carbon block highly facilitated in handling compared to conventional powdery or granular active carbon. SOLUTION: This active carbon block is obtained by forming granular active carbon 2 via a binder 3 to block shape. This active carbon block may be provided with a fertilizer or agrochemical. Specifically, a granular or pelletized fertilizer or agrochemical is molded together with granular active carbon to a solid form, or the active carbon block is impregnated with a liquid fertilizer or agrochemical, wherein the fertilizer to be used is e.g. an organic fertilizer, inorganic fertilizer, chemical fertilizer, soil modifier, liquid fertilizer, while the agrochemical is e.g. an insecticide, herbicide, plant growth regulator. |
