PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To output the optimum video data according to kinds of a video display device and to display a high quality video by changing the characteristic of the video data outputted to the video display device based on a discriminated characteristic. SOLUTION: When the processing accompanying graphic generation is started, a system control part 20 reads in a connection state of a monitor for respective video output interfaces from an image synthetic processing part 28, and decides beforehand interface kinds based on priority from the video output interfaces that connection is detected. Then, the system control part 20 reads out a monitor characteristic of beforehand registered monitor kinds, monitor size from a magnetic disk device 21. Then, the system control part 20 decides the image contents referring to an image contents reference table assembled in a program stored in the magnetic dusk device 21 based on the monitor characteristic of a system parameter and the interface kinds to change the characteristic of the video data based on the image contents. |
