PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a means capable of performing a recording later at low cost by providing a means which records data and reproduces the data in the recording and reproducing means of digital data which is formed at one part of a reproduction-only optical disk to record necessary data. SOLUTION: A power source part with an antenna and a data processing part with an antenna are provided in the inside of the digital data storage means 3 eccentric circularly formed with a reproduction-only optical disk 1. A recording part 27 stores data and addresses from busses 24 in a memory while making the data processing part of the storage means 3 process them via an antenna 23 with the control of a control part 29. Moreover, similarly, a reproduction part 28 reproduces the data and the addresses stored in the memory of the storage means 3 to transmit them to the busses 24 and a power source driving circuit 30 supplies a power source to the storage means 3 only at the time the recording and the reproduction of the storage means 3. Thus, it is made possible to record the processed result of the data of the optical disk 1 which are decoded in an optical signal processing part 26 in the storage means 3 and to preserve them in the storage means 3. |
