<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the heat resistance and the expansion property at low temperature without using any causative agent of an environmental hormone by vacuum-molding a resin material in which 10-20 wt.% nylon 6 or nylon 66 is mixed with polyethylene terephthalate resin to form a tray-like container. SOLUTION: A material in which 10-20 wt.% nylon 6 or nylon 66 is mixed with PET(polyethylene terephthalate) resin is formed into a sheet, and vacuum- molded to manufacture a tray-like thin-walled container. The thin-walled container is excellent in heat resistance, and resistant in heating-sterilizing of a food in the container, or hot food can be stored in the thin-walled container as it is. This material can be manufactured into a bottle-shaped container through the blow-molding, and since the container is excellent in heat resistance, it is not deformed even when hot liquid is poured therein, and since the expansion performance is excellent at low temperature, it is not broken even when the liquid in the container is frozen.</p> |
