PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vinyl chloride resin compsn. foamed molded product having an excellent woody feeling and excellent dimensional accuracy. SOLUTION: In an extrusion molding process wherein the heating mold and cooling sizing die mounted on the resin discharge side of an extruder extruding a vinyl chloride resin compsn. wherein 0.05-5 pts.wt. chemical forming agent and 0.1-8 wt.pts. woody feeling imparting material are compounded with 100 pts.wt. vinyl chloride resin, a heating mold main body comprising a combination of nozzles provided with regions divided into a large number of sections from the extruder side and nozzles provided with spaces aligned with a molded product shape is used and the air gap being the distance between the heating mold main body and the cooling sizing die is set to 0.05-40 mm to cool the molded product in the sizing part.
