PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a jig for calcining (zinc oxide/alumina)-based composite materials having excellent magnetic characteristics, not causing adhesion to an object to be calcined and capable of giving an calcined product free from defects and distortion. SOLUTION: This jig for calcining is made of (zinc oxide/alumina)-based composite materials containing zinc oxide and alumina as principal components. The jig for calcining 1 has convex parts 2 in a braided state on its surface as shown by the figure a. The part of the convex parts 2 is shown in a magnified state by a mark 11 in the figure b, and is found to have square cones. Each square cone is shown by the figure c in a furthermore magnified state and is found to consist of four edges 3. An inclination angle of the edge 3 of the convex part 2 is arbitrary, but is pref. 20 deg.-70 deg.. The square cone has a round shape in the top part and the round shape prevents adhesion to the object to be calcined when contacting with the jig to reduce defects in the object. |
