PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a connection with improved reliability by facilitating the securing of insulation between the adjacent circuits of the connection, regardless of the increase in the number of signal circuits. SOLUTION: A plurality of bus bars 1 are insert molded in a holder while having spaces 7 adjoining to one anther in the cross direction of the bus bars 1, and by having an ultrasonic wave generating jig 6 having a wire abutting recess part 9f which is formed to have an opening width d1 greater than the width of the busbar 1 and a sufficient depth d2 to encompass the core wire part 4a of the wire 4, the core wire part 4a of the wire 4 is welded ultrasonically in place by being pressed against the wire abutting recess part 9. Circuits for the respective bus bars 1 are isolated from one another through insertion into the space parts 7 at the insulating wall 12a of a protective case 11 which is assembled to the holder after a flat cable 2, and the wire 4 are welded in place. |
