PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent generation of shortage of coins by asking for a contribution even if necessity of refund by the coins occur at setting in electronic commercial transaction. SOLUTION: An electronic commercial transaction terminal machine 10 for performing the electronic commercial transaction between it and the host computer according to information inputted by an information input/output means 12 and to perform settlement necessary for the electronic commercial transaction by money to be deposited and refund by deposit/payment means 13, 14, 15 is provided with a contribution amount output means 21, to make the information input/output means 12 output the amount of the contribution asked for from the amount to be refunded by the deposit/payment means 13, 14, 15 and an authentication key for inputting yes or no and a payment control means 22 to make the deposit/refund means 13, 14, 15 pay the balance after the amount of contribution is subtracted from the amount to be refunded, when the contribution is approved by the authentication key. |
