摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent generation of decomposition gas, explosion, liquid leakage or the like by using a material containing either Co, Ni, Mn, Ti, V, Nb, or I having multiple valences at matrix particles, and filling a filler formed from a polymer containing an inorganic salt including movable ions between the matrix particles. SOLUTION: This electrolyte preferably contains filler formed from an amorphous or crystalline inorganic material containing movable ions between matrix particles. The matrix particles are formed from an electrochemically active material wherein the movable ions can easily be intercalated or deintercalated in a crystalline structure, and a filler formed from a high polymer material containing an inorganic salt including movable ions, or an amorphous or crystalline electrochemically inactive inorganic material is filled in between the matrix particles. Thereby an electrolyte of an electrochemical element is provided, dispensing with a special countermeasure for safety, excellent in chemical stability, having extremely high ion conductivity.
