PURPOSE:To stably control in a wide range from low speed to high speed at a variable speed by individually controlling a no load rotating speed and a varied rotation amount, thereby altering only a speed set signal. CONSTITUTION:The output of a frequency generator 1 is shaped to a rectangular wave A by a waveform shaper 2, the rise and fall of the wave A are detected by an edge detector 8 to obtain a signal B. Then, the signal B is delayed at the time t by a delay circuit 9 to obtain a signal C. A speed set signal D is integrated by an integrator 11, reset by the signal C, thereby obtaining an integrated output signal E. The signal E is sampled by the signal B, and held by a sample-holding circuit 12, thereby obtaining a signal F. An adder 13 applies a signal G obtained by adding the signals F and D through a power amplifier 6 to a motor 7. |
