Radio telecommunication system, with transmission of user data on a signaling channel

User data is transmitted on a signalling channel (PCH) alongside signalling data to be received by mobile user terminals (MX,MY). These terminals receive user data even if no traffic channel is assigned to them. Calls are generated from a caller's terminal to a terminal (MX) in a telecommunications system (CTS). Through user data search call groups are created to include several user terminals.
