The heat recuperator comprises a tank (1) divided into two parts by a wall (4), the first part (2) having a fluid inlet (5) and a fluid outlet (6) diametrically opposite each other. An intermediate part is in communication with the second part through a solenoid valve (11) situated in an opening in the dividing wall between the two parts. The second part contains a coiled tube (10) terminating in a cold water inlet (7) and a hot water outlet (8). A differential thermostat (12) measures the temperature difference between the two parts of the tank and opens the solenoid valve when the temperature in the first part exceeds that in the second part, allowing in the hot fluid to heat the tubular coil (10).
