A support bracket (7) mounted on a beam (10) is connected to a first arm (8), the rear section (8') of which is pivotably linked to a second arm (17) whose free end is connected to a press tool (9) that can be urged directly, or indirectly, against a valve spring washer (5). An excentral mechanism (19) between the two arms is used to pivot the second arm between an upper, inactive position and a lower position in which it is pressing down against a valve spring (4). |
