The regulating unit (3) comprises a throttle plate inside the end unit (1), which is movable in front of an opening which issues in the ventilation channels, in order to regulate a constant minimal air flow. Another regulating unit (5) is a fixed perforated plate, for limiting a forced maximum air flow.
