PURPOSE:To improve productivity by surrounding a magnetic substance by a cap made of an insulating synthetic resin coated with a conductor through electrodeposition or electroless plating, increasing the quantity of the conductor coated, covering the magnetic substance with a cap and connecting the conductor sections of the internal cap and the external cap. CONSTITUTION:The ring-shaped magnetic substance 4 is wrapped by the caps 1, 2 made of the insulating synthetic resin, on which copper 3 is electrodeposited, and copper 3 is brought to a wound state. The coil is coated with copper through electrodeposition or electroless plating again, and conductor windings are thickened sufficiently. The caps 1, 2 are surrounded by the caps 5, 6 on which copper is electrodeposited, and the terminals 7, 8 of the internal cap 1 and the terminals 9, 10 of the external cap 5 are connected as if the conductors were wound continuously. Copper is electrodeposited in order to thicken the conductors, copper wires 13, 14 are soldered with other terminals 11, 12 of the external cap 5, and the copper wires 13, 14 are coated with the insulating synthetic resin, thus obtaining the coil. Accordingly, the coil or the transformer of closed magnetic cores of various shapes can be manufactured without depending upon windings, and a wiring pattern can be constituted arbitrarily. |
