PURPOSE:To obtain the device which can cut and work a steel plate efficiently by providing a T-shaped punch punching sections extending over the whole width and nose of the steel plate, a die arranged to the lower section of a steel- plate feeding path, and a crossfeed device moving these punch and die in succession at fixed pitches in the width direction. CONSTITUTION:The steel plate 10 fed at every standard size is punched in a T shape by the falling of the punch 11, and two steel pieces 13, 14 are cut off, and removed by a feeder to the sides. The punch 11 is moved at every fixed pitch to the other side edge side at every standard size of the steel plate 10 from a position in the width direction where a leg section 11a is positioned near one side edge of the steel plate 10. The die 12 is also moved with the movement of the punch, the steel plate is punched while changing cutting width in succession, and two fan-shaped cores B are obtained when the punch 11 reaches a section in the vicinity of the other side edge. When the punch 11 reaches the other side edge, it punches the steel plate while it returns, and the fan-shaped cores B at every two are obtained every going stroke and return stroke. |
