PURPOSE:To provide energy of a laser beam corresponding exactly to a toner image on a copying form by arranging a picture reader just in front of a fixing laser light source arranged on a form carrying path in the rear of a transfer photograph of a photosensitive body. CONSTITUTION:When a form 14 to which an unfixed toner image adheres comes near to a part on which a picture reader 10 is arranged, the toner image is detected by the picture reader 10, and a controlling circuit 12 inputs a picture information to a fixing power source device 13 by taking a timing in conformity with a carrying speed of the form 14. The fixing power source device 13 sends a signal currnt to a laser light source 11 in conformity with this picture information, and radiates a laser beam. In this case, the form 14 passes through a position where the picture reader 10 is arranged, in the form carrying path, comes near to a position where the laser light source 11 is arranged and accordingly, by the laser beam, only a part where the toner image exists is irradiated, heated and fixed. |
