<p>Immortalized non-tumorigenic or tumorigenic human prostatic epithelial and fibroblast cell lines and derivatives thereof, containing DNA of a hybrid virus between adenovirus 12, and simian virus 40. The cell lines are useful for research on causes, treatment and prevention of prostate cancer, benign prostatic hyperplasia, male infertility, birth defects, aging and assessment of environmental toxic agents.</p> |
