The method is designed to place an insulated tower (4), having several modules (36) and a working platform (38), under an overhead line to be worked on. The method includes the following stages: - assemble at ground level, sensibly horizontally the modules (36) and platform (38); - fix the assembled tower (4) to a hinged vertical base plate(10); - bring the base plate (10) into a horizontal position, so that the tower (4) is raised into a vertical position; - manoeuvre the raised tower (4) under the overhead line. An Independent claim is included for a tracked vehicle designed for raising assembled working platform. |
