PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coaxial connector that can be joined to a receptacle in a mechanically and electrically stable state and has a low height. SOLUTION: A socket 23 has a spring contact part 33 and a connection part 29 to be connected to a central conductor 26c of a coaxial cable 26. The spring contact part 33 has a shape formed by bending a plate spring having a certain width into a cross-sectionally C-shaped form and is displaced in the radially outside direction when a central conductor 43 of a receptacle 41 is pressed in, so that the spring contact part 33 is brought into press contact with the outside peripheral surface of the central conductor 43. The connection part 29 is bent in a direction perpendicular to the center axis direction of the spring contact part 33. One tip part of the central conductor 26c of the coaxial cable 26 is connected to the connection part 29 by means of crimping. |
