PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance the location accuracy, uniformity in the shape and precision, and eliminate a sag, bleading, etc., of a printing paste. SOLUTION: A first barrier rib material layer 2 is formed on a board 1 in approx. uniform thickness, and a resist layer 3 subjected to first patterning is formed on the first barrier rib material layer 2, and on these layers 2 and 3 a second barrier rib material layer 4 is formed to an approx. uniform thickness from the surface of the first barrier rib material layer 2 so that the resist layer 3 is hidden. A resist layer 5 subjected to the second patterning not overlapping on the resist layer 3 within a plane parallel with the board surface is formed on the second barrier rib material layer 4, and by using the two resist layers 3 and 5 as masks, the first 2 and second barrier rib material layers 4 over the surfaces of the resist layers are removed while the first 2 and second barrier rib material layers 4 between the resist layers and the board are left, and a barrier rib is accomplished by exfoliating away the resist layers. |
