PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily and automatically change time, when changing time according to the summer time system. SOLUTION: This protection control and measurement device of a power system has a clock function, records time by the clock function as well as performs the protection control and measurement of the power system. The protection control and measurement device is provided with a summer time period detection circuit 2 for detecting whether or not it is a preset summer time period, by calculating a signal that is inputted from a clock 1 with a clock function and a time correction circuit 4 for making correction to the current time of the clock 1 to the time of the summer time period, if it is detected that it is summer time period by the summer time period detecting circuit 2.
