<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To do so that the assembling is easy and productivity can be improved by forming a coil integrated with a resin case, inserting an amplifier circuit and connector in the resin case and settling them in this case by the casting method to form a coil assy. SOLUTION: A mounting seat 11b for supporting an amplifier circuit 14 and connector 18 is formed in a hollow 11a of a resin case 11 and the amplifier circuit 14 and connector 18 connected by leads 13b supported on the mounting seat 11b are mounted in one body. When the amplifier circuit 14 is soldered to the leads 13a led from a coil 12, a coil assy. 10 is formed by the casting method that a liq. resin is poured in the resin case 11, heated at room temp. or low temp. to harden, and the amplifier circuit 14 and connector 18 may be fixed by screws or adhered to mount.</p> |
