PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable dehumidifying control throughout the year, by providing a control means for switching to a heating operation during dehumidifying operation according to an indoor suction temperature. SOLUTION: Information taken into a control system includes an indoor suction temperature and a remotely controlled set temperature. These information are taken into the control system from respective indoor suction temperature detection means 101 and a remote controlled set temperature detection means 102, the indoor temperature is compared to the remotely controlled set temperature by a comparison means 103, operation frequency of a compressor 107 is increased or decreased by a compressor operation frequency setting means 105 and a compressor operation frequency variable means 106, and a four-way valve 109 is switched by a four-way valve switching means 108. As a result, since operation is switched to a heating operation in the case the difference between the remotely controlled set temperature and the indoor suction temperature is less than a fixed value during dehumidifying operation, reduction of the room temperature is prevented, and the dehumidifying operation is provided throughout the year. |
