PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coaxial connector capable of obtaining the mechanically and electrically stabilized condition and capable of restricting the height dimension thereof. SOLUTION: In a socket 23, a support part 31 is fitted in a fitting recessed part 32 of a bushing 22, and a spring contact part 33 is housed in a spring contact part housing hole of the bushing 22. The bushing 22 is housed in a cylinder part 24 of a housing 21. Lateral cross sectional dimension of the fitting recessed part 32 is formed larger than the lateral cross sectional dimension of the spring contact part housing hole, and a step part is formed between the fitting recessed part 32 and the spring contact part housing hole. A pressing member 37 arranged between a cover part 25 of the housing 21 and a socket 23 presses the support part 31 of the socket 23 toward the step part of the bushing 22 so that the support part 31 is locked with the step part.
