<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the scroll system for display character which improves scroll operability of a character display on a portable terminal device. SOLUTION: A portable telephone set 10 is shaken laterally as shown by (1) and then stopped, and a vibration detecting device (lateral direction) 13 detects its vibration in the order of B and A. Then characters displayed on the display screen of a display part 11 are scrolled from B to A. Further, the portable telephone sets 10 is shaken longitudinally as shown by (4) and then stopped, and a vibration detecting device (longitudinal direction) 12 detects its vibration in the order of C and D, so that the character string etc. displayed on the display screen of the display part 11 is scrolled from C to D.</p> |
