PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a nonradioactive dielectric line, the route of which is bent into a square shape at an arbitrary angle in a state that occurrence of mode confusion is avoided by including mode suppressor structure in a part of a transmission route of each nonradioactive dielectric line. SOLUTION: A circulator circuit is constituted on a circulator 7' by a ferrite disk 5, the mode suppressor 4, and the mode suppressors 4', 4' bent into a square shape, and external circuits 8, 8' are attached to respective ports (1), (2), (3). In addition, regarding circulator operation, a DC biased magnetic field is vertically impressed on the ferritic disk 5. Thus, since the circulator circuit is connected with the external circuit 8, 8' without interposition of way of a bent line with fixed curvature by providing the mode suppressors 4', 4' to be bent in the square shape, the area required for the circulator circuit part is remarkably reduced. In addition, the mode suppressors 4, 4' to be bent in the square shape are formed as suppressor structure to be extended over front and rear of the square shaped bending part along its axial direction. |
