PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical head and an optical disk device further relaxing surface precision and mount precision required for a mirror, easily setting up the mirror and inexpensively manufacturing them. SOLUTION: An integrated optical element 2 is provided with a support substrate 15 arranged on a substrate 5a, a laser diode 10 arranged on the support substrate 15, a photodetector 11 formed on the substrate 5a, a grating 13 diffracting a beam emitted from the laser diode 10 and a hologram element 14 diffracting a return beam from an optical disk 3 in a package 8 constituted of a pedestal 5, a light transmissive member 6 and a cap part 7. Then, a mirror part 9 molded integrally with the cap part 7 is provided on the cap part 7. This mirror part 9 reflects only the return beam from the optical disk and leads it to the photodetector 11. |
