PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To supply parts to avoid deficiency of parts with the minimum stock by producing a parts supply instruction based on the estimated request data if the next request data cannot be received from a history of request data including up to the current request data. SOLUTION: The parts supply request data are sent to an estimation part 16 from a receiving part 10 every time they are received. The part 16 estimates a request data file in the next timing against a case where the request data cannot be received from the sign data which are set at a prescribed position on a factory production line and the request data file cannot be produced in the next supply timing. In other words, if a request data file cannot be actually received, the request data file is produced as estimated at the part 16. Based on this data file, a parts supply instruction part 14 gives a parts supply indication to a parts supplier. |
