<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an easy and economical process for preparing a black and color toner compsn. capable of obtaining excellent color printing quality. SOLUTION: This process includes a step of coagulating a coloring agent dispersion with a latex microemulsion liquid containing a polymer, ionic surfactant, and if necessary, surfactant assistant and nonionic surfactant, a step to integrate or to melt and integrate the produced aggregates, and if necessary, steps of cooling, separating, cleaning and drying the toner. The polymer in the microemulsion liquid has about 50 to 500 nm diameter.</p> |
