PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a small and light structure with superior excellent handleability. SOLUTION: Terminals 15, 15 to take out the signal of an active sensor 13a are taken out from an edge part in the circumferential direction. This constitution realizes a structure, where the forward end part of each terminal 15 is not protruded from outer periphery of an outer ring 1 and from inner periphery of an inner ring 3 in the diameter direction. The active sensor 13a can be installed in a limited space.
