<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve safety without interrupting any operation, or damaging any baggage. SOLUTION: When a front obstacle approaches up to 2.5 m at the time of traveling, a beam for an intermediate speed point A of an obstacle sensor 10 is turned on, and an automated guided vehicle 5 travels by decelerating to an intermediate speed. Also, when the obstacle approaches up to 1.5 m, a beam for a low speed point of an obstacle sensor 11 is turned on, and the automated guided vehicle 5 travels by decelerating to a low speed. Also, when the obstacle approaches up to 0.7 m, a beam for a stop point of the obstacle sensor 10 is turned on, and the automated guided vehicle stops. Moreover, when the obstacle sensor 10 is not operated, the obstacle is detected by a beam for an intermediate point B of the obstacle sensor 11 and a beam for an emergency stop point of obstacle sensors 12a and 12b.</p> |
